The foundations of Sultanlar Holding were laid by Sultan Yildiz in Rize in
1945. Sultan Yildiz, who initially merged only sales and marketing functions as
part of the group's first campaign, Sultanlar Pazarlama, drew consumers'
attention to various producer groups and increasingly expanded the
organization's scope of activities and moved the management center from Rize to
Istanbul with his sons.
Selahattin and Şeref Yıldız, who worked with their father Sultan Yıldız in
a busy working pace, made Sultanlar Pazarlama one of the most important
distributors in Turkey. One of the leading companies of the Holding is Tibet
A.Ş. The company manufactures products
for the food industry, household chemicals, non-food products and cosmetics. It
manufactures products under such brands as Ernet, Camsil, Tibtrap, Kenton,
Saloon, Piknik. Selahattin and Şeref Yıldız took over the company after the
death of Sultan Yıldız, who never compromised his ethical values, worked with
great patience and played a leading role in achieving the current strong
position of Sultanlar Holding in 1979.
After the death of Selahattin Yildiz in 2001, Şeref Yildiz continued to
serve as Chairman of the Board of Sultanlar Holding. Faruk Yıldız took over as
Chairman of the Board of Sultanlar Holding after the death of Şeref Yıldız in
2019. After the death of Faruk Yıldız in 2022, Mukahit Yıldız continues to act
as Chairman of the Board of Sultanlar Holding.
Operating from a modern 80,000 m2 production facility in Kurtköy, which is HACCP and ISO 9001 certified, and a 30,000 m2 distribution warehouse in Samandıra, which employs around 2,000 people, Sultanlar Holding can be proud to be a leading company in many sectors in the country, exporting its products to 51 countries, and is making decisive steps towards its goal of being an influential player at the regional level with clearly defined steps. Having made significant progress in institutionalization with Faruk Yildiz and Mukahit Yildiz, the third generation of the Sultanlar family, taking over as Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board, respectively, Sultanlar Holding will continue its activities in the coming years and take its place on the international stage, as a 100% Turkish-owned organization, with its personnel who are competent in their field and sincerely believe in their organization and success, as well as with its strong know-how, commitment to ethical values and consistent steps in favor of the national economy.
