As a result of a massive missile strike on November 19, 2025, on the city of Ternopil, our regional warehouse was completely destroyed.
The company had previously diversified its product storage across several locations.
We have suffered partial losses in certain product groups, so some products will be temporarily unavailable until the end of the year.
Shipments will be stabilized in stages.
New deliveries from manufacturers have been increased by the volume of lost products and are being accepted in full.
Logistics are temporarily slowed down, but we will complete the full restoration and reconfiguration of processes within the next few weeks.
Fortunately, no staff were injured, and all key processes have been preserved.
Your support is important to us in order to quickly restore the regularity of deliveries.
