Founded in 1965 as a trading company, Veropa Corporation has a long history
of success and innovation in the automotive accessories industry. In 1968, a
significant milestone was reached when Veropa, with the assistance of a
strategic partner, introduced its first scraper. As the company grew, so did
its customer base and turnover, making the expansion of production capacity a
crucial priority. In 1974 Veropa became an independent family business. In the
early years, the majority of Veropa's product range was manufactured in
Austria. However, recognizing the need to increase production capacity, a
strategic partnership with a production facility in Slovakia was established in
1995. This cooperation allowed for a gradual transfer of production operations
and since 2008, almost 100
% of Veropa's products are
manufactured by a skilled team of 60 employees in Slovakia.
Veropa successfully distributes more than 80 % of its products to various countries of the European Union. In addition,
the company has established a significant presence in Eastern Europe,
Switzerland and Norway. Veropa's commitment to innovation remains unwavering,
as evidenced by the annual launch of several new products. Many of these
products have been granted patents and all are registered designs.
The company has a special responsibility to the environment and therefore
produces high-quality and durable products.
It is one of the few manufacturers in the plastic industry that use
polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is a component of technical plastics that is
highly resistant to fracture, especially at very low temperatures. An ice
scraper or rubber scraper for moisture removal from Veropa is designed to last
for many years or even decades, and not break on the first use. The company is
working hard to expand its range of products made from 100 % biodegradable materials.
